Minuet in G
J. S. Bach (attributed; now credited to Christian Petzold)
The Minuet in G is one of the first real pieces many classical guitarists learn. It's short, it sounds lovely, and it teaches you to read and play two voices at once. I'm learning it from Allen Mathews' free arrangement and lesson at Classical Guitar Shed.
